    Kitchen and bathroom cabinets in good reusable condition. Stone and cultured stone counter tops.

    Undamaged interior, exterior, French, and sliding doors with or without frame.

    All varieties of metal fasteners and hardware, door knobs, hinges, cabinet pulls, and knobs.
  • Flooring
    Clean, unstained area rugs or carpet rolled neatly. New prefinished wood and laminate flooring. Previously installed denailed wood flooring.
  • Furniture
    Quality upholstered and/or solid wood furniture that is structurally stable and free of major cosmetic damage.
  • Housewares
    Framed wall art, framed mirrors, newer exercise equipment.
  • HVAC
    Ducting, flashing, insulation, and vents. Wood stoves.
  • Lawn & Garden
    Bricks, pavers, fencing, hoses, sprinklers. Tools and lawn equipment in good working order.
  • Lighting & Electrical
    Assembled interior and exterior fixtures containing all necessary parts. New-in-box lightbulbs. Electrical supplies.
  • Lumber
    Denailed quality lumber/trim and siding in 4 ft. lengths or more. Sheet goods, 1/2 sheet or more.
  • Paint
    Full or near-full cans (pint, quart, gallon, 5 gallon) of stain and water-based paint with cans intact, less than 2 years old.
  • Plumbing
    Stainless steel, white porcelain/cast iron sinks without cracks, chips, or stains. Complete, clean, undamaged white or ivory toilets. New fiberglass tub/shower surrounds.
  • Roofing
    New roofing, shingles, tar paper.
  • Tile
    New, never installed tile greater than 100 square ft. Unopened grout.
  • Tools & Equipment
    Hand and power tools with all working parts.
  • Windows
    Vinyl or wood windows, undamaged, unfogged, in reusable condition. Shutters in good condition. Clean blinds with mounting hardware.

    Unassembled door knobs, partial hinges.

    Used carpet or pad, dirty/stained carpeting or area rugs, previously glued laminate flooring.

    Upholstered furniture with rips, stains, smells, pet hair or scratches, excessive fading or sagging. Furniture in need of structural repair. Unassembled furniture. Entertainment centers, Sleeper sofas. Mattresses of any size.

    Unframed mirrors, broken/damaged items, pianos or other large instruments.
  • HVAC
    Items containing asbestos, mercury, or other toxins. Furnaces, central air. Gas fireplaces.
  • Lawn & Garden
    Broken or nonworking items. Flammable or combustible chemicals, herbicides, or pesticides.
  • Lighting & Electrical
    Ceiling fans, used bulbs of any kind, fluorescent fixtures, fluorescent bulbs, unassembled fixtures.
  • Lumber
    Lumber/trim less than 4 ft or sheet goods less than 1/2 sheet. Lumber with nails, screws, staples or rot.
  • Paint
    Paint older than 2 years. Cans that are less than 3/4 full. Cans with rust, dents, or missing labels. Oil-based paint.
  • Plumbing
    Colored, dirty, or damaged toilets. Toilets that are not assembled and missing hardware or parts. Shower doors. Water heaters. Faucets not certified as lead free.
  • Roofing
    Used or dried out shingles.
  • Tile
    Previously installed tile or tile less than 100 square ft. Opened packages of grout.
  • Tools & Equipment
    Damaged or unusable hand and power tools.
  • Windows
    Unframed glass, aluminum framed windows. Vertical blinds, corded blinds or mini blinds.
